5 DAY INFERNO!

Get yourself ready and feeling your best in just 5 days!  We are giving you everything that you get in the 10 Day Challenge but in 1/2 the time!  Particiapants get 5-Cardio blasting workouts, T-shirts, Wristbands, Tips, Prizes and an ENTIRE WEEK of MEAL PLANS!

The 5 Day Inferno runs from Monday thru Friday. You pick the week- we give you the workout you’ve been waiting for!

The BUDDY

CHALLENGE!

This 6-week Challenge is meant for you and your buddy, spouse, neighbor, bff, sibling, coworker…. whoever! Find your buddy and get in shape! We give you 6 weeks of training and meal plans, plus Individualized personal training plans for the entire 6 weeks!

Based on the internationally renowned Corporate Fit Challenge- we have designed the program so that you work together with your buddy and stick together- holding each other accountable- along with your coach- to get to success! Coaches meet with individuals for set goals and when the group meets weekly to workout as a team.

The Challenge starts in January.

The Drop It Like It’s Hot 10 Day Challenge to Drop 10 pounds / 10 Inches in 10 Days was a Success!


Congrats to the 12 participants who dropped 26 pounds and 61 inches in just 10 days! They worked-out for an hour everyday for ten consecutive days to drop the pounds & inches before the summer gets hot!
